Jason Giambi

Ok people. Let's get over it. This is only news for the terminally naive.

If I owned the Yankees, (I don't btw) I'd be voiding Giambi's contract right about now.

Now let's move on.

BK - I agree. This just goes along with MLB's weak stance on everything as they are hindered by the most powerful union in the world. As the past 50 yrs in sports have shown us, integrity means nothing. Giambi won't be prosecuted, cut, fined, etc. and neither will anyone else. Giambino's potential to hit 30hr will keep him in a weak lineup that Big G won't tamper with.

Let me pose this - if the commissioner had some cojones, as Landis did back in the day or Giammatti did, do you think JG would even be a thought for the yankees next season? he'd be out of the game so fast b/c he disgraced the game.

If Giambi was an NFL player - what do you think would happen?
